Skills for Care seeks views from employers on best practice guidelines for workforce development.

Skills for Care have been asked by the Care Quality Commission to develop best practice guidelines to underpin the workforce elements of their guidance about compliance, published last month.

Skills for Care has launched an online survey to give all adult social care services regulated by the CQC a say and to ensure that the guidelines reflect best practice within the sector. Please press here to find out more and to complete the survey.
