With 28 years experience as a social worker, trainer and manager in local authority social care settings and 5 years as an independent management and training consultant, I have a broad range of knowledge and skills in the field of social work and social care across the Eastern region and in the West Midlands.

My company can help you to identify the training and development needs of your staff, find solutions for meeting those needs including tailor-making training courses at the most appropriate time to suit your organization.
