The New Induction Standards: What Training 2 Care can offer you...

It has been announced that new induction standards have been issued by Skills for Care. Training 2 Care recognize that care providers could potentially find this an issue and would like to purchase these standards in a simple to use workbook.

Training 2 Care are pleased to help with this and will be offering an easy to use PDF version of the new Common Inductions Course to use with all new starters in the home. Once purchased this would cover all new staff and would have the specific homes name on the front copy.

When you have a delegate that needs these standards, all you would do is simply print of a copy and give it to the delegate to work from. This course covers all legislation and links to other mandatory courses that are required in the standards. On completion this would be signed of by the manager and put onto the individual personnel file.

The complete PDF workbook will be completed and available to purchase by Friday 2nd July 2010 and at a price of only £80.00 including VAT.
